These refill scents are designed for use with the KOHLER Purefresh toilet seat. Simply slide a packet into the filter compartment to release its light, subtle fragrance. Avocado Spa is a fresh green blend of aromatic citrus, melon, apple, and pear rounded out with soft accents of tropical jasmine and rose.

  • Releases a light, subtle scent for up to one month
  • For use with the K-5588 or K-5589 Purefresh toilet seat
  • Contains three Avocado Spa scent packets
